Until today the ego was the driving force in determining many aspects of our lives, according to our inner tendencies. The ego showed us what to do, and where we can earn more.

What the world is lacking now is anything that will support inclusion and reciprocity, within the organization and outside the organization.?

Through external shifts nature is requiring us to make internal changes in our consciousness.

This is not something that’s up to us but rather SOCIAL EVOLUTION, and our only role in this scenario is to adapt to these new evolutionary trends.

Companies that will be able to direct themselves towards connection between human beings will flourish, and those that focus solely on their own technical occupation will fade away.

The Initial Challenge?

Understand the renewed reality that the organization faces, internally and externally.?

1 - The renewed internal structure of the company is on a collision course with the old structure - flexibility is required.??

8 - A big emphasis on leveraging the fresh creative power generated from the new level of collaboration in the work environment.

9 - Active participation in the development of the company, in the reorganization.?

10 - Expanding relationships beyond the organization itself, also with suppliers, consumers and partners.

How Will We Set Objectives From Now On?

Gradually, the new social evolutionary forces will turn us into components of a larger social system where we'll each perform integral actions towards the others out of awareness and consideration. This simply amounts to building complementary connections between us in every matter and at every level in the work environment. The main capacity that will be required in the future will be skills for arranging an integral lifestyle and world. This is the general direction where everything is headed.

In the long run, professional areas, roles, and jobs will all collapse or prosper according to integral development criteria. This means that whatever leads to a mutually beneficial connection between human beings will succeed, and whatever works in the opposite direction will not survive. So we need to start taking this principle into account when setting our direction and objectives.

Leaders will need to adapt to the new demands of the times. Companies that will be able to direct themselves towards connection between human beings will flourish, and those that focus solely on their own technical occupation will fade away. We're already starting to see how those types of brands are gradually losing value.

When choosing a profession, it will be important to pay attention not only to our individual preferences, but also to the relationships that prevail within the profession between people. Satisfaction and the ability to feel that we're fulfilling ourselves in the best possible way will depend on mutual support. In order to not feel lost and alone before work tasks, each one will need to feel part of a supportive team.

On the part of organizations, it will be the spirit that prevails among the employees that will determine its level of success.
