The virus came into our lives to force us to expand our horizons. Remember what a boost of emotional intelligence (EQ) we all got right when it all started? Remember how excited we were to connect on Zoom? How concerned and caring we were about our fellow humans? How we listened and connected in a profound way - either with total strangers or people we'd been working with for years? The tiny virus changed everything and we need to understand why.

In order to speak emotionally straight to the heart, as the situation demands and the future demands, then a more balanced connection of the mind and our emotions is needed. This is the key to rebalancing society. And since we’re dealing with human improvement, no man-made method or thinking can provide us with these advanced abilities. We can only learn the right approach from nature itself.

In general companies like to appear rational and formal, which is considered more attractive in our time. At least that's how things were before. But ever since we suddenly found ourselves in each other's living rooms, all that changed. What happened between us at the beginning of the pandemic was actually a glimpse into our future state. When the outbreak started companies of all sizes could no longer appear to be cold and calculating. All that went straight out the window and we heard leaders communicating on a completely different level - a very human level. The more human the better. That's what instantly became the new cool.

Suddenly we saw a lot more of the whole human (kids, pets, artwork, hobbies, etc.). It became totally ok to share all these things about our home life, and it brought everyone closer together. That was the whole point. But as the months went by, and the lockdowns eased up a bit, we really thought we were going back to our old way of life. So we gradually started going back to our old divisive and competitive ways. This is why the virus keeps coming back - to get us back to amplifying our human abilities, which is all about learning to connect in an optimal manner with other humans. This is really our main purpose in life. This was always our main purpose. But now we need to be fully aware of that and start going through all these processes in a conscious manner. Since we are still not really on board with this process we need these "bad things" to push us in the right direction. So if we want all these scary scenarios to go away, all we need to do is understand what they're for.

Human global evolution is about to change and will bring with it new values, habits and work patterns.

If we used to mainly be concerned about boosting our intelligence and knowledge for work, it's becoming clearer every day that being smart is no longer enough to succeed. Now we need to learn to connect our mind and heart in everything we do. So over the last two years we started learning a whole new language together. A whole new means of communication that is vital to our success. The virus forced us all to come out of our little bubble and really connect in a profound way with others, because it became impossible to perform our job without doing that. It became impossible to succeed without doing that and we will feel this more and more as time goes by.

There is a method for rebalancing society and it’s based on an integral approach to solving our escalating challenges. Sooner or later we will need to learn to be more integral, and the private sector will lead this process because it can't afford not to.

In order to leverage the current problems, we need a renewal in our business economic vision, which stems from all the changes that the integral global world is placing before us. Here it is very important to understand, and as soon as possible, how this is not about professional and other training, or improving the company culture, or being nicer to each other. Rather it is a matter of necessity. Human global evolution is about to change and will bring with it new values, habits and work patterns.

We are heading towards a reversal in how we look at life. The stress, confusion, imposter syndrome and constantly checking myself, wondering whether I'm good enough to carry out the orders of the company and the managers, where I constantly feel I am in debt to everyone. All this must take on a new form, and it will not suddenly appear out of nowhere. Everyone will have to take part in the realization of this new vision, each according to his/her role. How will all this come to be? There is a method for rebalancing society and it’s based on an integral approach to solving our escalating challenges. Sooner or later we will need to learn to be more integral, and the private sector will lead this process because it can't afford not to.

From now on, this is the first question that needs to be studied in companies and taught in economics: What do you live for?

Even before the catastrophe everyone was already talking about us not having a choice in the matter, how we cannot avoid the approaching general global crisis; with regard to nature, with humans, with various industries, wars and politics, and especially the financial system. Everything that man has shaped for himself out of his mind, out of his emotion, is facing a major crisis. What happens next?

From now on, this is the first question that needs to be studied in companies and taught in economics: What do you live for?

Candidates that can answer the question can continue onto the next phase and/or participate in the course. Those who can't answer the question - there is no point in them continuing with their studies or working for the company.

This may sound slightly crazy at the moment, but these things will become clearer as we discover the importance of investing in human connection. As a result we'll acquire a deeper understanding of this very real process we're in together.
