Big Ideas That Will Change Our World in 2022 - PART XIII (See PART XII, PART XI,?PART X,?PART IX,?PART VIII,?PART VII,?PART VI,?PART V,?PART IV,?PART III,?PART II?&?PART I)
With all the new challenges in the workplace, we really need to think about where the premium fuel will come from for us to deal with all the changes. The short answer is that our new source of energy will come from a superior type of connection between everyone in the company. It's very special fuel that helps us adapt to the new era more efficiently, and experience the transition in a more positive manner.
We need to make a conscious decision to go for it - to make the workplace more like a playground where we can interact nicely with each other.
All the problems we have today stem from a lack of optimal connection between humans, between organizations, and between countries; because nature presents itself as integral, and we are the opposite of it. We can only bring ourselves to success by suiting ourselves to the same system that is being revealed in human society, to understand and agree that we are all interdependent.
We don't need to work on changing the individual. This is another special aspect of the integral approach. We don't have to change anything about ourselves, except one thing, let's change the relationship between us humans.
The Essential Components of a Successful L&D Strategy
We can only build a beautiful and healthy interdependence between us through integral-based learning and development. This is how a person becomes connected in an optimal manner with others. How? Integral L&D allows us to let go of our internal problems and troubles, making room for a whole new atmosphere and spirit to come to life between the members of the organization. Suddenly everyone starts to participate more in all aspects of the business. At the end of the day we'll see the far-reaching results in everything from enhanced relationships between employees and managers, and happier shareholders.
No Coercion in The Integral Approach
We can advance with leaders obliging employees and making them feel stressed. Or we can all feel free, like in a beautiful relationship. In this latter case work feels like a gift, or a reward. We come to work, and are happy to participate with the others. Just as children run around and are in constant movement. Think about how much energy they use to be constantly developing. Why can't we be as alert as they are? Apparently because we don't feel the benefit of having a strong connection with others. So we need to make a conscious decision to go for it - to make the workplace more like a playground where we can interact nicely with each other.

If the world is integral and we are not adapted to it, then we lose.
For example if I do some work, I don't want to see who it's from, or who I'm handing it over to. My attitude is, I've done my job - leave me alone. I want to be separate from everyone. Is this a normal attitude to have? Of course not - it's the exact opposite of nature. It's how a narrow ego thinks. This tiny example allows us to see the cause for all the negative difficulties everywhere - in the organization, and all the bad things happening in the world. It all stems from a lack of proper connection. If the world is integral and we are not adapted to it, then we lose.
So we don't need to work on changing the individual. This is another special aspect of the integral approach. We don't have to change anything about ourselves, except one thing, let's change the relationship between us humans.
Keep all the qualities you were born with, and what you received through your education. Your perspective in life, and of the world, everything remains the same. We're only working on how to strengthen our connection with each other. We don't want to harm one another, not even in our thoughts and desires. This is what makes us feel bad. Our bad thoughts for our fellow man are the source of all the troubles and difficulties. As a result I'm constantly under pressure from the negative thoughts of the environment, and my negative pressure on the environment isn't helping either.
Why Are Traditional Methods No Longer Working?
The human ego is growing in our time, and we need to understand how to tame it so we can get things done. So what's really going on beneath all the polite interaction in the workplace? The human ego is constantly resisting others, in collision with others, guarding itself, and in fear of being hurt by others. Together we can learn to free ourselves from all that wasted energy and accept each other. And it doesn't matter to me who you are or what your title is, we have a common goal. We're all together in an organization whose goal is to succeed, and we are all part of the overall success or vice versa. There is nowhere to escape to - we're all dependent on each other for our success and our failure.
I can't change anyone or myself, I can only change the relationship between us. So out of this uplifting attitude I project toward others, I begin to feel how I should take care of them. And they begin to feel how they should take care of me. Then we reach a different type of balance. Not a balance of keeping our distance, but of producing a mutual and pleasant benefit in all our interactions. At a more advanced stage in this process in the workplace we begin to operate as one in everything we do. All the planning and implementation, everything we earn - it's all ours. The organization becomes something close to everyone's heart.
All in all, we learn how to build the right relationships between people, and see how much everyone enjoys it. The fact is that everyone wants to be in good company, but simply don't know how to achieve it without coercion or other types of pressure. But we're doing it out of an understanding that this is the way we need to behave in order to be successful. And honestly, what difference does it make what and how, as long as we are all well and having fun in our organization.
For those who have not yet understood, we're talking about the business space of the organization. All this is new insight is for any organization that wants to advance correctly towards the future.?
