Big Ideas That Will Change Our World in 2022 - PART XII, See PART XI, PART X,?PART IX,?PART VIII,?PART VII,?PART VI,?PART V,?PART IV,?PART III,?PART II?&?PART I)

We have to keep adapting ourselves to the world's progress.

The Screen Generation

A person in our world is confused about how to live according to what is desirable, how to get along in the world, and things like dealing with feeling lonely compared to being in an office full of people. On the one hand we want to be left alone, yet on the other hand we all crave warmth and support. So we stick to our workplace, and watch all the ads telling us we need all kinds of things. We try learn from both how to conduct ourselves - and try to hold everything together in today's complex and complicated world.

According to the integral approach - everything is connected to everything. It's no longer possible to separate the range of environmental influences on people.

We're trying to figure out how to start a family, and how to build relationships with others. All our communication is through texting. Each person has their car, their apartment, and everything to be next to them, like in a bunker, or in a single cell. Granted it's similar to a prison, but it's the safest place, so we agree to it since there are no other options.

How to create a family, how to build relations with other people when our communication is all chat based. We hide behind our fa?ade and this is why each individual needs their own car, their own home, and having everything right next to us like in a bunker or single unit. So even though it's almost like being in prison, we agree to it because it's the safest place for us.

What Will Be Tomorrow?

Society is stressing us out. We're constantly under pressure -- a good example is being stuck in these Covid testing lines for hours, or stuck in traffic on the way to work with tons of cars around us. Everyone is radiating the same crappy attitude to one another, and with each passing day that crappy attitude is increasing all over the world.

We are in for a very interesting, very challenging period, with new learning, a new mindset, and far more advanced development potential.

When we're alone at home, even though we have a family we don't necessarily feel very connected. There are problems, debts, etc. We also feel very threatened by the developments in the world. If everything was normal we would get along with our family, be working and raising kids, etc. All is good. But now the big world is getting into our private area and starting to really challenge us with tough questions about the end being near. How we can suddenly be fired from work without any notice, or how a war can start tomorrow and it will be the end of us, and there are many other scenarios.

It's as if the world is actually starting to crack, and no longer feels safe. So even if I have my own private corner and it was enough for me, and I could liven up my life a bit with drugs or some other things, now all the foundations of the world are shaking -- and it's coming in many shapes from all directions. So we no longer really know how to relate to life.

There is a catch to the integral approach - the more you develop, you more you develop the environment. And as the environment develops, it attracts you to development. Then everyone wins in a mutual way - it's a simple calculation.

The Effect of the Environment on the Great Resignation

People are under so much stress that they can't give their all at work, there are all kinds of unusual problems and pressures - output is really going down in general. People are doing what is required of them, and pretending that everything is normal. And even though people are afraid of losing their job, they can't handle it anymore. If we replace a person with someone else it will be the same story. Managers can see it and they're very worried.

And the managers are another story! If they want to expand in the world it's not clear what tomorrow will bring. We don't have a handle on the future. The integral world that's being born out of our world is presenting itself - it's a new approach, a new paradigm, with completely different ties between nations, and with our fellow man.

What Needs to Happen?

The recovery will begin with the individual. Everyone in the organization will need to go through this process of adapting to the new format of the integral world. The change will happen inside each and every one of us that is connected to the workplace.

So the only question left is - are we suitable for this reorganization process? ?

The Integral Approach

According to the integral approach - everything is connected to everything. It's no longer possible to separate the range of environmental influences on people. In order to be successful we need to do the opposite - take into account how all the different elements blend together. We are in for a very interesting, very challenging period, with new learning, a new mindset, and far more advanced development potential.

There may be changes inside the operation, and in the external relations of the organization with customers and suppliers. But no matter what happens, we will have to continue this new work we signed on for. It's actually a permanent and long-term partnership, because we have to keep adapting ourselves to the world's progress.

There is a catch to the integral approach - the more you develop, you more you develop the environment. And as the environment develops, it attracts you to development. Then everyone wins in a mutual way - it's a simple calculation.
