Big Ideas That Will Change Our World: Healthy Growth According to the Integral Approach

Big Ideas That Will Change Our World in 2022 - PART XVII (See PART XVI, PART XV,?PART XIV,?PART XIII,?PART XII,?PART XI,?PART X,?PART IX,?PART VIII,?PART VII,?PART VI,?PART V,?PART IV,?PART III,?PART II?&?PART I)

As we head into the future, business owners will need to think very hard about whether and how their business will provide people with something they really cannot do without.

How do we continue to grow and develop properly and healthily according to the integral approach?

In the current state of affairs we can no longer approach the consumer in the same way that was acceptable before. Industry and commerce that bases itself on purchasing power alone is going bankrupt. Ultimately the consumer will stop buying, and stop consuming. This stems from a reluctance to do so. We can't stimulate (or should I say manipulate?) the consumer as easily as we did before.

If we want to continue to grow and develop in a healthy and correct way, then we need to see what the goal is, which is called "What's next?". Because every organization always checks what the next big thing is, what the next "trend" is.

In the past, we could even sell a ticket to the moon, but today no one wants that. Except for a few billionaires who who really don't represent the general trend that needs to enter the markets soon, enter our lives. People have already entered a new world; they're already on a new level. So every CEO needs to change his/her approach, and really update things so he can continue to be a market leader. It doesn't matter at all what professional field we are talking about. The same principle applies to everyone without exception.

The more we discover our interdependence, the more we'll need to reach a powerful bond (through either good or bad). Because everyone's life depends on this. Each person's well-being and whole situation is dependent on this process. It's no longer only about the economic aspects of our lives.

I just saw an article (in Hebrew) about the new world of work moving to a two-hour workday. So what about all the employees? What will happen to the profits? And in general, what will happen? What do we have to look forward to?

There are many such future trends, from the fields of robotics, optics, biology and more, with the cloud running everything smoothly like a conductor in an orchestra. And along with all this there is a kind of passive stubbornness not to deal with it, like little kids when they do something bad or something bad happens. Kids have a tendency to close their eyes when they can't deal with things, but we can't afford to do that.

The goal needs to be re-marked, it is still unclear and needs to be understood. The goal exists for any serious organization that is constantly searching to renew itself and develop according to market goals. Any company that understands the need to constantly keep up to date in order to be successful. Like any renewal, we need to reorient ourselves by defining the goal, the products, and the services. If we want to continue to grow and develop in a healthy and correct way, then we need to see what the goal is, which is called "What's next?". Because every organization always checks what the next big thing is, what the next "trend" is.

Going back to the beginning, it all stems from a network of mutual connection being revealed between everyone. We are connected, and the world is connected. What does this mean in practical terms? The more we discover our interdependence, the more we'll need to reach a powerful bond (through either good or bad). Because everyone's life depends on this. Each person's well-being and whole situation is dependent on this process. It's no longer only about the economic aspects of our lives.

Dear CEOs - If this interests you, then you need to know that the evolution of the market is going to change. If you want to empower your organization to deliver the product or service of tomorrow, we're not simply talking about another principle - this is a super-principle, a new paradigm.

As we head into the future, business owners will need to think very hard about whether and how their business will provide people with something they really cannot do without.
