The difficulty in effecting change stems from the fact that a person naturally wants to feel good. If the change is a pleasant surprise, then of course, it is welcomed. But if it is not clear where the change is leading - that’s where we get restless.?

Due to our natural human and global development, we are in a period of transition that is inviting us to change. It is important to note that it is still up to us to determine whether these changes will be for the better or for the worse.

That is why verifying some basic points will help us direct ourselves correctly:

Believing in ourselves and our abilities is great, but what if we’re not heading in the direction the world is evolving to??

Not Running From Taking Responsibility?

Overcoming difficulties in general and in the economy in particular, is a new birthplace where we leverage all the obstacles in our way for new growth. It is worth remembering that we always have a choice, between a better or less good way. It’s not like in the movies where some good fairy comes along and does things for us - it’s our life. How things turn out is only up to us - time will tell.

?Any organization that wants to adapt to 2022 and the new era in general, must start considering its options. So only after reaching an agreement that there is a real problem and change is required, only then, the first thing we want to find out is?where and how to proceed, or in other words: what is the essence of the required change?

Believing in ourselves and our abilities is great, but what if we’re not heading in the direction the world is evolving to??

So much is being invested nowadays in analyzing global trends. We are essentially at the mercy of the people who fund research to advance their own interests, everyone from the capitalists and the government to the latest marketers and advertisers. However, it is difficult to clearly indicate a particular trend and where it is directing us.?

None of the above mentioned leaders are interested in the study of human development, the study of the development of society and nature.

The main player is man, humanity. And the world is the environment where we feel the reality of our lives. None of those currently engaged in economics - business organizations who are directly engaged; and politicians, entrepreneurs, academic researchers, the media and others who are indirectly engaged - still, no one really understands how these things are actually related to their business success.

And this is probably the first great challenge we will have to deal with: to acquire the necessary knowledge, to understand where the connection of social indices in an economic equation comes from.

Today there are already many studies, books and professional publications that show how all of nature is one system, integral. All its various parts are interconnected and complementary - so all creation develops in the earth, the plant world and the animal kingdom. Evolution has progressed through differentiation and assembly. It is only in the human part of the system where must we advance to complementary connections by choice. In fact it is the future currency.

A reciprocal system leverages a much higher level of opportunity and implementation than we have known so far.

This is why we're witnessing today how the old perception, the selfish perception of the person who has not yet undergone a process of adapting to the connections we are heading toward, leads us to problems in various fields, including economics. All of this creates an insecure environment for achieving future goals and objectives - we are all searching for brilliance. And the truth is that all the answers are in our hands, we will simply have to learn how to make up new, reciprocal communication systems. We will need to acquire new habits in the business space that will allow us to acquire a new paradigm.

Both research and life experience show us how much we are connected to each other, but it is still difficult for us to internalize this and act accordingly. From day to day we feel ourselves in an increasingly complex world, which is also interdependent. Especially the realm of the economy and trade, have bound us so much that we feel these things as really necessary for our survival. Today there is no country that provides all its needs for itself.

In conclusion, since we're all hoping for a new and more successful year, we must prepare ourselves properly for it and not wait for it to come towards us. Let us take responsibility for our future where it needs to go, into our hands, so that we'll learn to control our destiny and not that it will control us.

In order to do this we must study these two metrics from a new perspective:

1) How a mutual system functions.

2) The essence of the change required of us.

Any organization that adopts these new metrics in an orderly method, will already be able to measure the changes within a period of three months.

Both metrics are critical to any future success in all areas of life and especially in the economy that is one of our more solid foundations in life. A reciprocal system leverages a much higher level of opportunity and implementation than we have known so far.

And the power of change is actually our life force. We really feel life through changes we go through. This happens to us every day even though we are not aware of it consciously. It is precisely the states of change that are the driving force of life: creativity, opportunity, all the positive, and also the negative things.

Any organization that adopts these new metrics in an orderly method, will already be able to measure the changes within a period of three months. It is also important to note that the realization of these metrics in an organizations does not require any professional technical or managerial changes. But rather through our regular work we will add new habits that mainly impact what's between us - meaning how we relate to one another. Obviously we all want to succeed. The opportunity is here, we have a method for systematically implementing this necessary change - all that remains is taking responsibility.
