  • Re-engage past users. 51% of buyers stated their own prior experience as a top resource consulted when making a purchase decision.
  • Give buyers the information they want up front, like pricing and product demos. Invest in user reviews, which is a top-two consulted resource and a scalable source of customer voice.

Zoho increases ?? time on page by more than 2.5x with TrustQuotes for Web

Zoho for Enterprise wanted to increase brand awareness and preference among enterprise buyers and improve visibility and SEO KPIs for their Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics products.

To do this, Zoho partnered with TrustRadius to create custom questions for their enterprise users to answer in reviews, which highlighted their differentiators. The reviews were collected through various marketing channels and then syndicated on the Zoho for Enterprise homepage using the TrustQuotes for Web widget.

The results?

  • In just 13 months, Zoho CRM increased reviews by 241%; Zoho Analytics increased reviews by 58%
  • Within one year, the Zoho Enterprise “time on page” for the website homepage went from 1 min 34 sec to 4 min 49 sec after implementing TrustQuotes for Web (more than a 2.5x increase)
  • Zoho ranks for 18 more keywords in positions 1-20 on Google than they did the previous year
