Big Dreams Have Small Beginnings

Big Dreams Have Small Beginnings

When COVID-19 first set in, it seemed like all we got was bad news after bad news. Millions of people lost their jobs. Employees who stayed were forced into self-isolation. Frankly, the workforce was turned on its head by the pandemic’s instability.

But in the midst of the storm, there was a spark. As millions were displaced from their regular routines, many started to see a new side to life than before. They began to reevaluate their values, spotted novel opportunities, and took the chances that they’d always shelved away before. And so, an unprecedented number of new businesses were born. Two years later… they haven’t stopped.

According to Intuit’s 2021 New Business Insights report, 17 million new small businesses are predicted to start up in 2022, reaching another record year for entrepreneurship — the third in a row.

That’s huge. I’m definitely all about seeing up-and-coming entrepreneurs building their dreams into a reality. It’s incredible to watch them seize a small idea — a “what-if” that they’ve always asked themselves — and breathe life into it. Starting a business from scratch is no easy feat, but the reward is unparalleled.

That’s why I’m so excited to be joined by Jacqueline Snyder and Minna Khounlo-Sithep, the dynamic duo behind the top marketing podcast and startup coaching platform, The Product Boss this week. They’re here on #YesFactor with me to talk about their roads to success in entrepreneurship and essential advice to small businesses looking to take their growth to the next level.

“We wanted to encourage women to make infinite amounts of money, like we want them to blow their own minds, but also realize that they can have a business that aligns with the life and lifestyle that they want” - Jacqueline Snyder on Episode 5 of #YesFactor

In The Loop Episode Update:

What are we exploring #InTheLoop?

This week, I talk my co-host @GregNibler on a virtual "glamping" trip to Big Sur, California! I recently went with my family to take advantage of the beautiful weather and explore the pristine scenery. The views from my stay at Hyatt Carmel Highlands and our hikes along the coast were amazing, so I encourage everyone to visit Big Sur sometime!

Speaking of traveling, Greg shares some exciting news! Soon, you could be driving on a road trip, but in the backseat, your kids are exploring Jurassic World in real-time. Or you could be adventuring to the moon! Get comfortable in your seats as Greg introduces Audi’s soon-to-be-released AR experience integration with Holoride and NASA’s Artemis project.
