Big Changes - Update!

Ten years ago, Joe Whitbread ?? and Jo Phillips created Jo(e) Social Media Inc. in Red Deer. Eventually the business moved to its home in Lacombe and with the move came further growth. Eventually, Jo(e) Social Media Inc. grew to a team of over 20 + people!

In 2020, JSM opened the new office space at 5009 50 St. AND welcomed their new program - Jo(e) Youth Creative.

Jo(e) Youth Creative began as an after school program for youth to learn digital responsibility, digital literacy, and to simply have fun on devices like ipads and video game consoles.

Jo Phillips' first passion was always working with kids. And, now in 2023, she is taking on the role as JYC Director fully and has stepped down as Jo(e) Social Media CEO. Jo(e) Youth Creative out grew its physical shared space with JSM as the popularity grew. The decision was made to split the JYC and JSM into separate entities, as was always the intended goal. For JSM, as of July 1st, we will be operating remotely, until we hunt down the next perfect office space within Lacombe. You will still be able to reach us at [email protected] and always through social media.

We look forward to partnering with Journey Youth Creative in the future for various projects that may come our way. And, we look forward to continuing to serve our clients online and eventually, in person, again.

That being said, we'll always be down for a coffee or lunch meeting.
