Big Changes Coming in April to Ohio OVI Sentencing Laws
Annie's Law will become effective April 6, 2017. The new law will increase the look back period for prior OVI conviction from six years to ten years. The law will create a strong incentive for first time offenders to install ignition interlock devices and create a number of additional changes for sentencing. 8 年Nice summary thanks. I just wonder when the General Assembly will stop the incremental assault on judicial discretion and take on some of the hard work needed in Ohio.
