As a cutting-edge machine hailing from Herzog Braiding Machines in Germany, “Big Bertha” allows Southern Ropes to manufacture industry-defining rope products of up to 168mm in diameter that boast a staggering 2,000-ton linear break-load. This machine’s capacity to produce ropes from a variety of materials, including Super-12? HMPE, Nylon, Polyethylene, Polyester, and Polysteel, also allows us to satisfy a diverse range of needs while ensuring the utmost quality.
