Big announcement for PMOs and PM who care about their teams! / Perflo is LIVE on MS Teams / Accelerate project success with Perflo

VP: Global PMO, Author, and International Keynote Speaker as ‘The Lazy Project Manager’
I am happy to announce that the much-anticipated launch of Perflo for Microsoft Teams is finally here! This enables all companies using either Slack or Teams to benefit from the rich insights Perflo has to offer you on project team performance.
Perflo is a start-up I've been working with over the last year to develop a first of its kind people tool for project teams. It provides much clearer visibility into all your project team's performance, engagement and overall, any areas where there may be an issue (before it's too late).
They do this through a plug-in to Teams which automates micro-feedback loops throughout a project, gathering information from the team based on research backed metrics and after analyzing this data, Perflo provides PM's with timely and actionable insights on their team's performance.
I certainly wish I had had a dashboard showing me the health (stress levels/collaboration/team leadership) of each one of my project teams when I was leading some of the biggest PMOs in the world, without hearing about issues later on or not even included even project reports.
This tool helps to uncover deeper truths about what is affecting project success/failure over time and across the PMO. You can also use it for assessing PM skills and creating contextual training programs.
Not only has there never been a more important time to focus on your people, but the research is also clear; if you focus on measuring and empowering the people driving your projects then your projects will have a much higher probability of success. The best plan and process in the world doesn't deliver a successful project, but a high-performing team certainly does.
It takes 5 minutes to get up and go with Perflo in some of your teams, or you can request to run a pilot, which will include customization as well as the opportunity to take part in the development of Perflo’s AI and project prediction features.
If you or anyone in your organization would be interested, I would be happy to schedule a demo with the founder of Perflo (Bentzy Goldman) and discuss the opportunity in more detail.
I honestly believe this is the next leap in project success, as we automate more and more through the rise of AI in project management, the softer side becomes more important to focus on, especially with everyone being remote.
Thanks, let's talk soon
