POST IDEA: WHAT’S YOUR CULTURE?
I know many people struggle with what to post - so instead of racking your brain for the perfect concept…let me help you. Today, prepare a post that describes your company culture and ask your followers to do the same. Beyond the day-to-day tasks that make up your business, what are the principles and shared ideas that connect you??
Perhaps you have a ‘no meetings on Fridays’ rule. Or maybe you’ve gone as far as to implement a four-day week? Perhaps you have a motto that you all share? Or maybe you don’t believe in company culture at all? Now that will boost your viewing numbers! Either way, talking about the way that you behave as a company and your guiding principles - or objection to them - is a great way to engage your followers.?
Who knows, you might be able to crowd source a few ideas for company culture that change the way you do things offline.
BIG QUESTION
How can I make my headline more memorable?
There are lots of pieces of solid advice when it comes to writing a great headline but one thing that’s a little harder to ‘teach’ is the art of adding personality.?
If I’m being brutally honest, I’d say that 90%+ of LinkedIn headlines are totally forgettable. CEO@…Founder@…leadership coach…
And even worse, most people are so used to seeing these bland headlines, they don’t realise the power of seeing something a little different.?
If you feel your headline is stale, shake it up by adopting (and adapting) these headline structures:
1 | The ‘Playful Job Intro Headline’ NAME | Playfully introduce the benefit you offer | Add some personality E.g. Alex Smith | The friendly accountant minimising your tax liability | Introvert in an extraverted industry
2 | The ‘Business Values Headline’?
NAME | Introduce a clear benefit, whilst working in your ‘way of doing business’?

E.g. Jennifer Smith | CTO @ Finance | Changing the way we transact by re-building the foundations of finance?
You get the idea - relaxing the rules of headline writing is the fastest way to stand out in a sea of buzzwords.?
