Big 2021...

December 2020 officially marked my last month at Jobberman Nigeria after nearly a year and a half. Seeing the changes and relevant work Jobberman is doing for Nigeria's youth is something I am really proud of. I would like to express my deepest thanks to the organization for being a part of this story.
I am particularly excited about the opportunity to set up the Young Nigeria Works project (a part of the broader Young Africa Works partnership with the Mastercard Foundation) that seeks to equip 5 million youths with relevant training and democratize access to work by linking 3 million youths to decent work.
It was a pleasure working under the leadership of erstwhile CEO - Hilda Kragha Kabushenga, COO - Ore Boboye, programme managers - Amanda Potelwa and Precious Ajoonu; as the consulting associate. This work gives me so much hope for the future of Nigeria and how the collective demographic dividend can be better harnessed for positive national outcomes.
I have met the most incredible people - remarkably bright, brilliant minds, and even kinder hearts on this journey. You made everyday worth it.
I’ve taken a leap of faith by leaving this position to seek an opportunity that expands my horizon. I’m both excited and anxious about what the next opportunity will be.
I wish everyone including myself the very best in 2021 and beyond!
