Fantastic to have a Visit From Sylvain Charbonnier (VW Group Aftersales Director), Simon Lynch (Head of Retailer Ops), Paul Anderson (Regional Investor Manager)?to the Volkswagen Van Centre in Glasgow, It was great to share our ambitions and plans and hear from Sylvain and Simon. with some great new customer offers and incentives from All-in service and parts, Some exciting programs ahead, It was also great to have Bryan Cosgrove HVE/ HVT Master Tech presented with another training certificate( We are running out of Wall space for your certificates Bryan well done,

Neil Ferguson our aftersales manager commented it was great to Catch up with Paul Anderson an old friend of the business in Glasgow , and very illuminating to talk with the main men,

in 2021 Volkswagen Group UK has named Sylvain Charbonnier as its new aftersales director.

Charbonnier joined VW in 2014, initially working in the brand’s French division. In 2018 he moved to VW AG as head of sales and marketing aftersales.
