A Bibliometric Analysis, International Comparative Performance of India's Research Base, a study conducted by Department of Science & Technology, GOI

National Science and Technology Management Information System(NSTMIS), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India formed an expert committee on 'Bibliometrics for Evaluation of Science and Technology' to carry out an International Comparative Performance of India's Research Base from 2009 to 2014 . This report was prepared and published by Elsevier's Analytical Services, part of Elsevier's Research Intelligence and was revised in March 2016. As per this report Prof. Manoj Kumar Tiwari ranked 5th in engineering subject area based on number of papers published from 2009 to 2013. Based on H-index and Citations point of view Prof. Tiwari would be ranked 2nd(inference drawn from table).
