Colossians 3:15 "And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful."

I hope that you are able to have a blessed day today with family and friends as you gather for your Thanksgiving meal.

We will have 39 people in our home today for food and fellowship! With that many people there is not always peace, especially among the little ones over who gets what and who sits where.

One sure thing is that the only way to have the peace of God ruling in your heart is to have the God of peace ruling in your life. My prayer for you is that you know Him through the person of His Son. This is the only way to have "peace with God" "through our Lord Jesus Christ."

If you don't know Him today, Romans 10:13 says, "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Call on Him today and you can have "peace with God" and the God of peace ruling in your heart will give you that peace.

If you have that peace, you truly have something for which to be thankful.
