Bias is a Mirror, Not a Bug

In pursuing justice, perfection is an illusion, while participation is a moral imperative. Fairness requires more than sterile objectivity. It requires active engagement, a willingness to uncover hidden biases and redesign systems to reflect our collective conscience. Bias is not a technical flaw to be fixed, but a reflection of human history and power. In this sense, a just society is not one that technologically eliminates all imperfections, but one that dares to see, question, and respond.

The true ethical boundary is not algorithmic ... it is human.
