The housing crisis makes it tough to find rental homes, and road infrastructure is struggling to handle the growing population. Government inefficiency and unhelpful staff further complicate things. Adding to these challenges is a laid-back, lethargic attitude among people, with slow, indifferent service in markets. This sluggish behavior across the city impacts both business and daily life. For Bhubaneswar to truly thrive, it must overcome these hurdles in housing, infrastructure, governance, and local attitudes.
