Successful AI medical projects. Lack of interpretabily and unexplainable decisions are risky in DL softwares. methods must make sense and clinically relevant Most algorithms in medical DL are not subjected to rigorous, randomized control trials and vendors make mis-sales. Use them only as a decision-making aid. Concentrate on it's performance and validation. Successful AI adoption: *Start small with a big goal in mind. *Focus on business need, not on technology. *A.I success is about culture and people.
