#BEYOUROWN MEETS CLAUDIA VECE

Quantasia founder Claudia Vece is a specialist in leadership and performance and is considered an expert in personal and professional development in the different aspects of people’s lives. Some of the areas in which she works and specialises include: leadership, wealth mastery, self-empowerment, entrepreneurial success, mind and body well-being, emotional well-being, stress management, goal setting, visualising and achieving goals.

Initially, Claudia’s corporate career began after being head-hunted by the international group, Women Management, subsequently being given the task to run their modelling agency over in Paris. Fast forward three years of managing their international Holding team, Claudia decided to leave the company and embark on a new professional challenge of her own.

Thus Quantasia was born, a consulting firm specialising in learning and empowerment, professional and personal training, business coaching and in transformative coaching. Quantasia currently not only offers exceptional training courses to individuals and companies but also individual coaching courses for managers, entrepreneurs, talents, individuals and anyone wishing to embark on a developmental path of research of one’s inner balance.

Through Claudia’s passion for effective and social neuroscience, biology and psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology, Quantasia promote the research and spread of well-being in all its forms as well as personal growth through models of augmentative communication, transformation, and evolution of human awareness.

In particular, promoting a developmental and educational practice aimed at transforming the inner world, fostering a culture of understanding and progress, both individual and collective, in the world of work, in families and in schools.

Furthermore, her coaching programmes are also recommended to anyone who wishes to bring constructive dialogue and harmony into their interpersonal relationships and to anyone seeking emotional well-being.

Hey Claudia, can you introduce yourself to us?

I am founder and CEO of Quantasia SA, a business consulting, executive coaching and training company based in Lugano and Paris. As well as being an entrepreneur, I am a professional trainer of adults and a coach strategist. I take care of following leaders and prominent personalities in developing their leadership, their performance, the management of their emotions and stress, as well as giving them self-coaching techniques and methods in order to make them become more and more independent in building their success and well-being.

I am an expert in Human Cybernetic Science and specialise in: crisis management and conflict resolution, problem-solving, strategic communication and management. I am an Expert Coach in the Neuro-Emotional Alignment System (SANE) method that allows people to melt away psycho-emotional obstacles that hold them back as they venture down their evolutionary path. I am also an Expert in PNEI Psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology stress management techniques, as well as an NLP expert and an FSEA-qualified professional trainer for adults.

Can you take us through your journey to where you are now?

After contributing to the creation of a start-up in Switzerland to search for potential models around the world, at twenty-eight I was selected by the international group, Women Management, and was given the task of managing their modelling agency in Paris. I was the youngest woman in the history of modelling agencies to take over an agency and create a success out of it. In fact, the company was going through a very difficult period; it had been generating losses for twelve years and was unable to recover.

I rolled up my sleeves, so to speak, and started to put things in order and clean up: I replaced over twenty members of staff, I implemented procedures, I organised processes and reviewed all the company contracts. The company strategy was reviewed with the new team and some of the models were replaced to give a new image to our portfolio. We also revamped the entire structure.

I took charge of more than forty employees and two thousand models and in the space of six years, the company went from turning over 6 million to 15 million euros. The great results of the group led to the company being sold to an investment fund, which is also the owner of the Elite Models network. In order to finalise the sale, I dealt with several due diligence procedures and subsequently with mergers within Gruppo Elite World. In 2014, the new property was transferred to Lugano to contribute to the start-up of Gruppo Elite World’s Holding company. After three years of managing the international Holding team, I decided to leave the company and take a few months off to come up with a new professional challenge.

Having received qualifications over the years in various disciplines (Human Cybernetic Science, SANE method, PNEI stress management techniques, FSEA Professional NLP trainer of adults), I decided to open my own company, Quantasia SA, which seeks to develop leadership, soft skills, performance and well-being of both teams and managers.

What is a day in the life of you like?

I get up very early, then I do some sport, after which I have a decent breakfast and then I take my dog out for a walk. Before setting off I use the SANE method for my well-being and to align myself with the goals I want to achieve. My days vary greatly from having appointments with clients in my office or via Skype, to traveling to Paris, Milan, and Lisbon for in-company training courses, and organising seminars and workshops for the public. My evenings and weekends are dedicated to my partner and I, my family and my dog. My partner is my strength and courage, I feel lucky to have him by my side.

an you tell us how you are promoting the research and spreading of well-being in all its forms as well as personal growth through models of augmentative communication, transformation and evolution of human awareness?

The transformative coaching programs offered by Quantasia are really intense; clients work painstakingly in order to achieve well-being, activate their potential and give rise to success!

I have several certifications; I am an expert in Human Cybernetics as well as an expert in the SANE Neuro-Emotional Alignment System method. The first qualification allows me to guide clients in educating themselves to think, in order to create a balanced and peaceful state of mind.

When the mind is aligned to goals and hence is collaborative and serene, clients are able to achieve a state of well-being that brings balance to their lives in such a way as to be able to give meaning to their very self and build relationships and be successful. Let’s not forget that no one can succeed in life without the contribution of other human beings.

The SANE method, on the other hand, allows me to guide clients in teaching them to feel and in training emotional circuits. This allows them to access the very emotions they need to face the challenges of life. This type of emotional fitness allows clients to get out of psycho-physical discomfort and stress in order to access true well-being and vital energy. When human beings take control of the reins of their thoughts and emotions, they become aware of their potential and can give meaning to their life; transforming their inner world automatically transforms material reality. This is the secret of the law of attraction.

Where can you see yourself within the next 3-5 years?

My work is constantly evolving. It’s fair to say that educating individuals towards well-being and success is a difficult task: nobody is sufficiently competent in the profession of existing. In order to be able to give excellent service, I must continuously go through training and accumulate life experiences in order to contribute to the evolution of other human beings.

What strategies do you have in place when looking at the expansion of Quantasia?

For sure, I intend to develop the Quantasia brand into a brand of excellence in the development of leadership and well-being.

Can you tell us what areas you have struggled in professionally?

Every difficult situation in my life has allowed me to take a step back and see what skills I lacked to be able to outdo myself. I have always made a great effort to improve myself in the pursuit of my goals, even when it seemed difficult to find solutions. I have never blamed anyone for my failures, instead, I took full responsibility for change. The key is to always be clear about our goals, to stay focused and understand the reasons behind what we do: knowing why we do something is the precursor that pushes us to move onwards and upwards – it’s a motivational drive towards success.

The most difficult moments in any situation arise when we lack the internal resources necessary to go forward (stress, fatigue, malaise, negative emotions, doubt, and so on). When the body and mind are not aligned everything gets more complicated. It is essential to maintain balance and well-being in order to always have the resources within us to overcome the most difficult of challenges. The way one behaves and every one of our gestures and actions affects this balance: nutrition, sleep, movement, thoughts, and recurring negative emotions.

Have you ever had any other mentor? If so, how has this benefitted you to grow?

Yes, of course, it’s not a secret: if you want to succeed in life you must learn from those who have already achieved what we want for ourselves. I have had several mentors who have inspired me and passed on their precious experience. My greatest teacher is doctor and master coach Mani Hesam, a chiropractor and co-founder of the SANE method – Neuro-Emotional Alignment System.

I believe that a mentor contributes to one’s evolution when there is a high degree of ability to learn; if we are not able to be taught, we are unable to integrate concepts and move onto taking action.

What outlets do you use to market Quantasia?

We are very lucky because our best clients come to us through word-of-mouth. We are very active on social channels and we are always in search of platforms on which we want to promote our business and make contact with ideal clients. Both our website and blog are very important because they generate visibility and opportunities.

Which methods are you using to build your own support network?

Events, Seminars, and conferences. They are strategic moments to network.

What do you believe are the common misconceptions about being an entrepreneur?

People often believe that becoming self-employed leads them to have more freedom and more time! Being an entrepreneur, especially in strategic moments for start-up companies, means investing time, energy, thoughts and money in a vision. It requires patience, concentration and a lot of determination.

What would you like to see changed for millennials in business?

Millennials are a resource for change in our near future; we adults have the task of nourishing their feelings and their way of thinking if we want to create a more conscious world in which to live. We should help them stimulate creativity and the will to live so that they can give meaning to their lives by putting their gifts at the service of individuals who are present around them.

What is the best piece of business advice you have received to date?

If you want someone to invest in you, then start by investing in yourself. Roll up your sleeves and create your own future by starting with yourself.

What is the number 1 critical lesson you have learned in your career so far?

Every service must be remunerated. Never work for free.

How do you create an evenly balanced work and personal life?

Balance in life is achieved when one succeeds in creating a ‘dance’ among the different aspects of one’s life. We have four forms of energy: thoughts, time, vital energy and money.

Money can be simultaneously made use of in different situations, whereas thoughts, time and energy can only be used for one thing at a time: if we put thoughts, time and energy into building a business, we can’t possibly be at home at the same time dedicating ourselves to the family. When we consciously use these forms of energy, we become masters of creating balance in all areas of our life. I really pay a lot of attention to this concept and when I realise that I’m not creating balance, I immediately adjust the trajectory, so to speak.

The highlight of your career so far?

The highlight of my career was when I decided to resign from the position of CEO of the famous Women Management modelling agency, owned by Gruppo Elite World, and turn over a new page in my life by subsequently opening my first company.

What gives you ultimate career satisfaction?

My clients achieving success! When they transform their lives and become the best version of themselves!

What challenges have you seen to have been presented during the growth of Quantasia?

We face challenges on a daily basis. For instance, our method of transformative coaching is an intangible service which clients are not really able to conceive of for they have no knowledge of what resources they are able to activate and what life changes they can make in order to trigger momentum of success, and also because if they were to know this, they would not need us and would already have manifested their wishes. The most delicate part of my business is most probably inspiring my potential clients to embark on a path towards success and well-being.

Which other leading entrepreneurs and pioneering game changers do you also admire and why?

I admire many individuals in my field, including Joe Dispenza, Mani Hesam and Bruce Lipton; as well as being prominent figures in the world of well-being and leadership, they have proven to be great entrepreneurs who have been able to build a wide range of products for all kinds of target markets, and they are also multi-millionaires and own several companies.

What is a good article or book you have read recently?

I am a great reader, I love reading about the evolution of science and spirituality. Among my favourite authors are Mani Hesam, Candace Perth, Robert Lanza, Rupert Sheldrake, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, and many others. I have recently finished Robert Lanza’s ‘Biocentrism, which was a very stimulating read.

What does your Podcast playlist look like?

I follow many subjects, including leadership, science, evolution, the law of attraction, personal growth, health, and well-being.

How do you measure your own terms of success?

Success for me is a state of satisfaction and fulfilment. What leads to feeling these emotions is the satisfaction of my clients, which translates into their evolution and their growth in all aspects of life.
