With reasonable design, easy operation, safety and reliability, and qualified materials, DDZ 18°degree Type Pneumatic Drill Pipe Elevator series are manufactured with both advanced technology and special intensity heat treatment. They are verified with superstructural and wear-resisting nature by strict strength test and NDT. They can handle drill pipes of?23/8″EU～65/8″IEU diameter. The max rating loads of 18°degree Drill Pipe Elevator series are 900kN(100tons)、1125kN（125tons）、1350kN(150 tons)、2250kN(250 tons)、3150kN(350?tons)、4500KN(500 tons).
The DDZ 18°degree Type Pneumatic Drill Pipe Elevator is made up of body-left and right, latch, latch lock, hinge pin, and springs. The ears of body-left and right can be hung by links. The body left and right are latched by the latch. The body-left and right can be sure not opened by the latch lock when handling the drill pipe. And All of the important parts for the DDZ 18° type Pneumatic elevator are made from high-strength alloy steel.
