Recognizing that relationships, emotions, and connections are temporary helps us maintain perspective—they do not define us, nor do they carry inherent meaning for our inner selves.

When we overemphasize status, wealth, or relationships, we set ourselves up for a cycle that may begin with pleasure but often ends in pain.

True fulfillment comes when we let go of these attachments, grounding ourselves in acceptance rather than clinging to illusions.
