The situation needs to be seen from two perspectives, i.e., gradual diminishing of world known fossil fuel reserve and steady, gradual depletion of carbon space. No-Cost ECMs mainly limited to administrative actions and behavioral changes can make huge changes on daily basis and it is never the part of any constructive corporate discussions. International ESCOs estimate that No-Cost ECMs can save anything up to 5% energy savings no matter how technically efficient the facility may be. It will always be beyond green buildings..........
