9 年Very good talk Eric and I love the example of the chasm and different modes of leadership required to realize the value of transforming over time. It's especially true because the change in this case is so foundational that it requires change management and leadership on so many levels and angles over time. If IT doesn't lead this transformation their organization will find it harder and harder to compete with new digital business models, processes and customer expectations over time.
