Beyond Gobsmacking

Just as I predicted in my post on July 18th, Gobsmacking (https://bit.ly/29OWql4), nothing is going to happen as a result of the Hillary’s scandals—Benghazi and email server. By the way, the email scandal gets worse.

We now learn the FBI seems to have failed to mention that Clinton’s emails revealed that her longtime friend and advisor Sid Blumenthal, was reading and had Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information, Special Access, Gamma, information (John R. Schindler, EmailGate and the Mystery of the Missing GAMMA, 9/06/2016, Observer.com, https://bit.ly/2c8QNCp). Blumenthal doesn’t have a clearance. This type of information is only to be accessed in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility—not by a person without a clearance and without Special Access granted nor can the information be on an unclassified server. Where I come from, this is a trip straight to jail and don’t even think about collecting the $200, nor expect to see the light of day for a long, long time.

Well you might be still harboring thoughts that the FBI could be right in not recommending Hillary be prosecuted. Consider this. FBI Director James Comey is connected to DC big-money and the Clinton Foundation (Patrick Howley, Exposed: FBI Director James Comey’s Clinton Foundation Connection, 10 September, 2016, Breitbart.com, https://bit.ly/2c6grbr). Comey has received millions of dollars from is connection to the Clinton Foundation. He went to work for Lockheed Martin (a defense contractor) as a vice president, acting as a general counsel after he left the Bush administration. He left there in 2010 after making $6 million that year. “In 2010, Lockheed Martin won 17 approvals for private contracts from the Hillary Clinton State Department.” Seems exorbitant doesn’t it? He was paid for his connection to Clinton, not necessarily for an exceptional job performance. “Lockheed Martin is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, which paid Bill Clinton $250,000 to deliver a speech in 2010.” See any connections here? “Lockheed Martin is a Clinton Foundation donor. The company admitted to becoming a Clinton Global Initiative member in 2010.” Mr. Comey seems to have failed to disclose his personal and professional relationship with the crime family.

One of the items Mr. Comey said in his decision not to recommend charges be filed against Hillary was the FBI did not find any evidence that any of the additional work-related e-mails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them (Sundance, Is FBI Director James Comey Blinking “C-O-E-R-C-I-O-N”?….July 7, 2016, The Conservative Tree House, https://bit.ly/2cLvpTk). Oh, really?

Paul Combetta, Platte River Network, was the system administrator for Hillary’s email server. He didn’t have a security clearance to administer a server with classified material on it. “Last week Paul Combetta pleaded the fifth and refused to answer questions before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee (Sundance, Discovery – 2014 Reddit Archive: Platte River Network’s Paul Combetta (“Oh Shit” Guy) Requesting Tech Help To Strip “VIP’s Emails”…, September 19, 2016, The Conservative Tree House, https://bit.ly/2d2V9tC). He was the same guy that received immunity from prosecution from the FBI if he cooperated and testified.

Katie Pavich states in her article, BREAKING: Employee Who Used BleachBit to Wipe Clinton's Server Pleads the Fifth (September 13, 2016. Townhall.com, https://bit.ly/2cO37Ws), “According to the timing presented FBI report on the criminal investigation into the servers, Combetta wiped the server with BleachBit four weeks after the investigation started and two weeks after Congress requested all emails be preserved. Combetta has also been accused of wiping the server while under subpoena.”

According to Sundance (in the Discovery article above), a researcher named Katica, discovered the Reddit identity of Paul Combetta as “stonetear.” Stonetear, a Reddit user, had an archive thread requesting technical advice on how to remove or strip out a VIP’s email address from archived emails or replace the email address in the to/from fields in all of the emails he wanted to send out (see copies of the email exchanges in the full article). Who do you think the VIP was? The same person who told him to delete the emails and wipe the server. The exchange was on July 24, 2014 by then Secretary Hillary Clinton. “The request reflects an obvious “intent” to hide the Clinton email address; an intent that FBI Director James Comey stated he was unable to discover during their investigation, leading to his recommendation that no charges be filed against Secretary Clinton.” This action violates 18 U.S. Code § 1519 - Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy. Here is the definition:

Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

In the cyber world, nothing goes away, not even after wiping a server with BleachBit. Are you curious as to why Combetta refused to testify before House Oversight and Government Reform Committee? I am. My bet is that Bubba probably made it known to him that he could be Vince Fostered if he testified, then stuffed his pockets with cash. I mentioned in my post, Gobsmacking, about the impromptu thirty-minute meeting in Phoenix, the day before the public release of the House Benghazi Committee's report on the 2012 attack on a U.S. consulate in Libya. Lynch said she would abide by the FBI Director’s recommendation. Then the President of the United States started campaigning and chauffeuring Hillary around on Air Force One (at our expense). Hillary said she wants Loretta Lynch to be her Attorney General.

If this isn’t beyond Gobsmacking, I don’t know what is. Be afraid, very afraid. You decide for yourself.
