Another great episode Ana Melikian, PhD —?I especially love "communities within organizations", the prompt to look for ways to create internal connectedness among people that are already in intentional groups with defined goals. Well done!

Great topic Ana and Allison --especially on how to help people break negative cycles and build new habits. This is where so many are caught spinning in the same negativity. Hopefully this will be a help for many readers & listeners!

Great topic Ana. I've always taught that which I heard from author Gary Zukav, that humans have two basic emotions. Love and fear.

Sounds like a brilliant episode and perspective. Fear is just one of our six emotions. We just need to take it with us.
