Beyond Doing: Reclaiming the Essence of Being

Happy Friday My Friend,
I hope this week has brought you many wonderful moments. This week there were several reoccurring themes in conversations surrounding knowing oneself. How to love oneself, how to be loved, how to trust again, how to align with your path, how to be open to receive. My friend, what I have learned over the last several years is the answer to all of these questions is very foundational.
It is to uncover and rediscover yourself. None of the answers come forward in clarity if you do not value who you are - and you cannot value who you are- if you don’t know who you are.?
Part of inner healing is the deconstruction we undergo in the process of getting to know ourselves once again. Let’s face it, most of us grew up to be “doing” life - what can I achieve; who can I be?? From an early age, we are asked “Who do you want to be when you grow up?” as if we might not already “be” fully who we are meant to be -? even if yes, we learn and evolve throughout our lifetime. (and we have a beautiful natural desire for such expansion) It’s about rebuilding the belief and trust that you are not alone in life- even if you have had to do life thus far in this way. We are not designed to do everything alone.
As leaders, we often strive to achieve greatness, forgetting the greatness that already exists within us- as if this is an external component of life.? In sessions, clients often come to see themselves for the first time- they start to love who they are again. But it often requires unlearning and relearning the very definition of “Love” itself. The more we go inward, the more we slow down to connect, the more love we build for ourselves. This leads to deepening our awareness bringing forth more clarity and support that we begin to feel (sometimes for the first time). We lean in- trusting in each new endeavor to work out for our highest good.?
I can tell you this- if everyone felt the energy I feel while in sessions- you would understand the level of love (conscious love, agape love) that is with you always. It would be beautiful if this were taught to us early in life so we would not spend a lifetime seeking to find what is already there.?
But, that is why I am here - to help you remember. I am only one person of many- one soul - but I will do my best to help others awaken to their own gifts, expanding their understanding of life. So that we can truly live the life we love to be in, as this my friend, uplifts all of humanity. As cliche as it may sound it is true. We all have an opportunity to be the change we all wish to see in this world. And - it all starts within.
It can sometimes feel like a challenge to find the time- but those who invest in it have come to see their life shift in ways they never imagined possible.? You shift from seeking the external to realizing YOU have everything - YOU are supported in all that you are and all that you set out to do. It’s about bringing you back to oneness- reminding you of your wholeness.

Inner healing in a world that runs on all cylinders is possible- you have to be the one to see it.?
Until next week, may you have a beautiful day.

With affirmations, I always encourage you to read them and journal around any resistance you may feel about them.
I am whole as I am, and my journey inward reveals the greatness already within me.
As I rediscover myself, I release the need to seek externally and trust in the wisdom I hold.
I am supported in all that I am and all that I set out to do, knowing my inner truth guides me.
