Diversity, Equity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEEI) have become buzzwords in the corporate world. Yet, how often do they translate into meaningful change? Too many organisations focus on the optics of diversity—ensuring the numbers are correct—without addressing the deeper issues perpetuating inequality. This, my friends, is tokenism.
