Talent Resource Navigator: Connecting Individuals and Employers Across Indiana?

With 85% of Indiana employers struggling to meet their talent needs and over half of working-age Hoosiers possessing only a high school diploma, Indiana’s Institute for Workforce Excellence (IWE) discovered a disconnect between training opportunities and workforce needs.
