Talent Resource Navigator: Connecting Individuals and Employers Across Indiana?
With 85% of Indiana employers struggling to meet their talent needs and over half of working-age Hoosiers possessing only a high school diploma, Indiana’s Institute for Workforce Excellence (IWE) discovered a disconnect between training opportunities and workforce needs. To address this gap, IWE partnered with Resultant to design and build the Talent Resource Navigator (TRN) - a free web application that would serve as a one-stop shop for education and job training opportunities. ?
