Adding a playful element, we’ve incorporated a ski ball area and pinball machine into the design. These nostalgic yet modern features create a community-focused space where tenants can connect and relax.

3. Work-from-Home Area with Flexible Options

Understanding the evolving needs of today’s remote workforce, we’ve designed a dedicated work-from-home area that offers a variety of options to suit every tenant’s work style:

• An open workspace for collaboration or quiet focus with plenty of outlets, right down to USB-C plugs.
• Two separate glass-walled offices for tenants seeking extra privacy for meetings, calls, or uninterrupted work sessions. This thoughtful integration of flexible workspaces ensures tenants can stay productive without leaving the property.

In Phoenix, we turned the roof of a parking garage into a vibrant amenity space featuring a pickleball court, a putting green, and a second dog park. This multifunctional design transformed an underutilized area into a dynamic community hub.
