Beyond Badges (2)

I had to get few certificates signed from one of our leaders at office. I gave it to him and came away. When I went back, what I found was amazing. Out of the hundred odd certificates he signed, he had segregated few in which the names were misspelled. For his schedule, the attention he has paid and the effort he has taken just left me startled! I loudly wondered that the recipient could have spelled the name so. He clearly mentioned that he did not remember anyone else in that name and the only person in the organization with that name spelled his name in another way. The personal connection that he had with 5000+ people was so evident. Also the way he interacted in such a situation just filled me with positive energy, in spite of a bad day I had till then :)
