People and Process in #Agile. We should always be aware of these two elements in the tools and approaches we use between #people and #process advice.? People sometimes have a personal bias or natural aptitude for the people side of things or the process side of things.? Discussing with the team is one of the best solutions if they think the system is in balance and, if not, suggest redressing any imbalances to encourage driven delivery value fast and precisely.
