Beware of your own personal echo chamber!

In today's age of online media choice, you can put yourself in a sheltered group of like-minded people that do nothing more than parrot back your own thoughts. You will not grow your philosophy or understand ideas different from your own. Do you get 90%+ of your news from foxnews.com and/or rushlimbaugh.com? Do your get 90%+ of your news from msnbc.com and/or huffingtonpost.com? If so, sorry to be the one to tell you, but you have put yourself in an echo chamber. I'm not saying you shouldn't consider a story or two from these sources once in a while. But if over half your news diet is from sources that just reflect your views back to you, your outlook on the world will begin to collapse in on itself. I could explain the dangers of putting yourself in an echo chamber, but Allen Martin does it better than I could at https://www.wired.co.uk/article/online-stubbornness. Prove that you are not in an echo chamber by giving it a read.

Where can we find real, unbiased news? I bounce around from Fox to CNN to MSNBC to... I just want the facts (all of the facts) and not someone's opinion. Thanks Matt!
