?? Beware of New Malware Trickery! ??

How cautious are you and your team about online security? While you're likely aware of phishing scams, dodgy downloads, and suspicious links, there's a new sneaky malware on the rise that aims to frustrate you into giving up your Google login details.

This malware, part of a larger threat known as Amadey, forces your PC into “kiosk mode.” In this mode, your browser locks into full-screen, hiding all navigation options and redirecting you to a fake Google password reset page. Unlike normal situations where you might escape by pressing Esc or F11, this malware prevents those actions, creating confusion and compelling you to enter your password.

?? How to Protect Yourself:

- If your browser gets stuck, try ALT+TAB to switch tasks or ALT+F4 to close the window. You can also use CTRL+ALT+DELETE to access the Task Manager.

- If all else fails, restart your PC by holding the power button or unplugging it. Then, consult an expert (like us) to address the malware.

Prevention is Key! Stay vigilant if your computer behaves strangely, especially if your browser goes full screen unexpectedly. Avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading unverified attachments. And remember: never enter your password unless you’re absolutely sure the website is legitimate.
