Beware Mortgage Forbearance!

I obtained my training and certification through that National Association of REALTORS as a Short-Sale and Foreclosure expert (SFR) during the Great Recession in order to protect and advise my clients who were in distress. I had hoped that I'd not need to employ that expertise again in my career, but that might not be the case in light of the job losses associated with this f**king pandemic.
