The realization of government normative effects in Europe over the one witnessed in Africa is never at par as it is wrecked in a deteriorating effects. The margin is wide and obviously generates huge positive documented results reflecting in the standard of living considering its vast sector of economy. It is so in Europe, America, and Asia with signs of improved growth in the Middle East now negatively affected and ravaged by the war drummed or witnessed in the region.

The resultants factor is retarded in Africa but worse off in the case of our beautiful Nigeria. Economic Growth and Development could be deepen on say good government policies that are economic driven in the carcass of public / private coexistence, utilities, societal confidence in government in say

? Increased Infrastructural Developments and Amenities.

? Increased Literal and Vocational Knowledge.

? Increased Resource Control.

? Increased Even Resource Distribution.

? Increased Balanced Equal Social Justice and Legal Rights.

? Increased Consumer Protection.

? Increased Power Energy Generation and Efficient Productivity.

? Adequate Storage Structure.

? Efficient Transport System.

? Increased societal Consideration in Government Decision Making.

? Increased Political Hug among political Rivers.

? Increased Press Freedom Across Board, etc

In Hdc’s firm and sound machinery are cropped/planted to foster and fast track further developments that put smiles on the faces of its inhabitants. These structures loosely unfold in African countries whose government operations run on a weak foundation to increase its team pocket at the expense of the society.

There is an absolute system in place to carter for excesses in the west that is healthy Judicial System, Huge Capital Projects that snowball into direct societal satisfaction. Societal satisfaction is seem huge an investments explored and undertaken by government in Europe.

The spotted sad issues in Africa is greeted with lack of

? Knowledge to Create or Invent.

? Closed Leadership Structure (lots of hidden agenda and government information scarcely at the purview of the public and the people in opposition shut out).

? The Will to Protects and Manage Societal Assets.

? Poor and Inadequate Planning.

? Government Love Lust and little or no integrity.

? Not upholding Constituted or Legitimate Laws and Regulations of the Court or State.

? Not Clear or Selfish Resource Control.

? Willed Loyalty on the parts of the Citizen to Government and Lack of Governmental Accountability and Attention to the Socio Political or Economic Needs of the State. That is Irresponsible or Non-responsive Government is just some disturbing misguided tensions evolving in the Modern African Society.

Its either a particular and over possessive political being is holding on tight to power or government and not letting go or a government structure revolving around a certain class of cohorts, brewed on selfish ground or interest.

The questions un-answered here is where are the African Political Sapiens leading the ship? Virtually numbers of African Political Sapiens are arrogant, clueless and operated / operates/ operating government with greed and for the wrong reasons.

These among many are just the constraints entrenched in Lcd’s which the resultants factor is prolonged or perpetual under-developments that in turn limits societal confidence ( the measure of good governance ) in a reckless ridiculed government.

Thus in my deep thoughts saw a Responsible Government as an embracing structure of the state that looks deep the die needs of the society in achieving its Macroeconomic Goals upon calculated decisions with huge involvements of the Citizens in its decision process. That is the ability and the will of a particular government exercised to achieve its social economic aim while the state or society is highly considered.
