- 2023 is shaping up to be a very special year for BettingJobs as we prepare to celebrate our 20th anniversary, attend several global iGaming conferences, and undertake some exciting projects.
- Below is a timeline of BettingJobs' accomplishments throughout the years and some of our biggest successes to kick-start our 20th?anniversary celebrations.
- Established in 2003, the BettingJobs story began with founder David Copeland's vision of creating an industry-leading recruitment firm for the iGaming sector. Since opening our first office above a dental lab in the Tradeston area of Glasgow 20 years ago, BettingJobs has grown exponentially and achieved many?great?things (and thankfully moved into a larger office space).
- From hosting events on London Bridge for iGaming industry legends to our very own recruiters being shortlisted for prestigious awards for outstanding contributions to the iGaming industry, it’s fair to say BettingJobs has come a long way since 2003.
- As a global iGaming recruitment agency, it is only natural for the BettingJobs team to have collected a substantial amount of air miles over the years, travelling to countless conferences and embarking on target-smashing incentive trips. Such journeys have ranged from Tel Aviv to Las Vegas, Brazil to the Philippines, Gibraltar to Macau, annual skiing trips to the French Alps and many more destinations – the list is endless.
- Not only this, but BettingJobs frequently exhibit at some of the largest iGaming industry conferences each year such as?iGB?Amsterdam and?ICE365?London where Eddie Hall, former World’s Strongest Man was a BettingJobs brand ambassador for two consecutive years.
- A notable contribution BettingJobs has made to the iGaming sector is in the form of our annual salary benchmarking survey, a previously mammoth project undertaken each year by our team of experts. However, as a result of the shift towards remote based working patterns, we typically provide clients with more targeted salary guidelines and advice when specifically requested.
- The evolution of BettingJobs over the last 20 years has been an incredible journey, and one that David, CEO Jennifer Innes, Director John O'Neill, and the rest of the team are incredibly proud of - Happy 20th Birthday BettingJobs!
