How do you win?

You choose what you are looking for, because whatever you look for, you find, that’s how life works. Being successful takes several different variables. Self awareness is number one. If you don’t know yourself and know what you are good at, you’ve got no shot because you’ll be spinning your wheels over and over. Work ethic is at the top of it also, Nobody reading this right now, knows anybody, at all who ever got successful without putting in serious amount of work. Very quickly, I can tell you to get all the voices out of your head besides yourself and you need to love yourself. You will win. You can’t live your life based on other people’s point of view.

I am tired of people not starting and living their life on one very simple thing which is worrying what other people think. Learn the work ethic, and the skills that match your ambition. You can live life, one time and this is the time, right now. This is the time to understand what is actually happening and actually map your behavior to something that will impact you for the next 50+ years. Pay attention to who’s giving you the advice. If you live your life where you are most comfortable taking somebody else’s point of view on how you should live your life, you deserve to lose. Figure out what puts you on fire, and what you’re halfway decent at, and become a tunnel vision.

I only have one thing for people. Besides health, I only want people to love what they do. It’s not that you can’t, it’s just that you are not willing to give up stupid things for a better life. Put yourself in a position to succeed. Figure out who you really are, and figure out if what you are talking is mapped with what you are doing. The second you put those things together, things unlock. Whose permission are you looking for? Do your thing. You will die and nobody is going to care when you die, so why should you care about their opinions while you are alive.

For me, as I navigate my life, and think about why things have worked for me, is that I think of basic assumption which is, as long as I stay alive, it’s better to think long term than short term. The other thing that runs parallel to that strategy is the inability to allow other people’s opinions to matter more to me than my opinion about myself. Not because I think I am great, or special, it’s just that I think that you suck at shit too. For me the theme of what has been happening means that there is a group of people that thinks about insecurities, needing to buy things to cover their insecurities so they need cash in the short term because these things will close the gap in their insecurities. And there is the in between.

I just can’t explain to anybody clearer that when you figure out who you are and do all that, you win. Regardless of what you are trying to accomplish, you’ve got to tell the world about it. If you’re not betting on yourself, you are finished. IF YOU’RE NOT BETTING ON YOURSELF, YOU ARE FINISHED.
