For a better tomorrow, make the best of today!

It’s a very simple approach but following up with all the plans itself is difficult as you have to fight with laziness and procrastination everyday. Besides, it only takes 66 days for something to become a habit so if you follow up on your everyday plans for these many days, you ll do wonders.The best thing that you can do to make the most of your days is to make a blue print of the year for the things you’d want to do or achieve in the particular year

Break down the plan into smaller goals of everyday by writing it down into your sticky notes.Follow them religiously and you will feel satisfied of course the day seems very small if there are a lot of things to be done but having a plan and the willingness to work on your plans can help you make not just your day but also the year as a whole very productive.

I am always inspired by James Altucher's idea of 1% daily improvement. If you grow just a little bit each day, in a year you'll be way ahead. This 1% daily improvement depends on what your goals and values are - it's whatever will bring you closer to your goals and it can be something as small as sending an email to a person you always wanted to be your mentor or reading 20 pages of a book if you want to be a better writer.

We all have access to a powerful life-altering ability that significantly affects those around us. Words. Verbalising an observation to someone about a positive character trait they possess or some other quality or action of theirs may very well create an exchange that will have a lasting effect on both of you. An added bonus is that this pleasure costs nothing but may very well be the best part of both people's day.

It may happen that my day sometimes became a mess but sometimes its just perfect. I understand the taste of happiness and sadness both. That also that they complete one another. So i just focus on the positives and ignore the negatives. I have made a plan for living today fruitfully. Now,make some plan of what is important for the next day the night before.

* Sleep at least 8 h. (always at the same time, say 10 to 6).

* Start the day with a brisk walk - or jogging - for at least 1/2 h at some point.

* Do listen to fast paced music to keep your adrenaline flowing while doing workouts

* Have a good healthy breakfast and avoid idle conversations on the breakfast table

* Be always confident and serene when you leave for office on time.

* Read and study substantial subjects, preferably not novels or magazines at night before going to bed

Always time for the family to plan out your weekend programme or vacations during dinner time and have a light dinner before 8 pm.

Ones you know what your passion is see how prepared you are, make a SWOT analysis. Then start working on your weakness in spare time while making most of your strengths at work. You need to find a job in your area of strength, since you love what you are doing, you'll obviously put a 100% in everything you do and in spare time you'll be working on improving yourself.
