Do you struggle with your productivity?
Most people come to us with challenges around their core systems in their business.
Maybe it's a listing presentation.
Maybe it's doing CMAs.
Maybe it's the checklist of how you prepare a home for the market.
Maybe it's transaction management and let's face it.
There are so many different systems that you need to have in real estate.
And yet most businesses, have a set.
Cool.
Number of processes that if you focus on them can really make a huge impact in helping you be more productive.
And that's what I'm gonna talk about in this post.
For those of you who don't know me, my name's Nate short, I'm the founder of run your business like a business. We are an elite coaching company that specifically focuses on real estate agents and blends, both life coaching and top business level coaching to help the real estate agent manage everything their and their business.
I want to talk a little bit about how we look at the core process.
I know in most business, like the foundation of our coaching, the ROS business coaching is really rooted in, first of all, the roadmap, the vision, I've talked about that in other videos, building the right team, having the right people in the right seats and then around how you can improve these and identify these core processes and systems in your business to really streamline and make you help you be more productive.
And so one of them.
The best ones to focus on that we've found is, you know, the lead generation system. And within that system, of course, there's a number of processes.
There's your social media.

There is your website.
There is your print marketing campaign.
There's your reach out just direct face to face and your personal notes and all of that.
And so what we do with our business coaching was we help you kind of compartmentalize that and streamline each one of those processes within the lead generation system to get you more consistent leads and to also help you with the ups and downs of, evening that out so that you're consistently getting business.
And you're consistently closing business, right?
We have a number of tools to help you and aid you in that. Of course the accountability is the key step in that, because a lot of us, we know what to do.
We just don't do it.
It's common sense, but it's not always common practice. And so if you are interested in getting more accountability in your business, if you're interested in proving your productivity, think about getting or learning more about.
