Better, and Stronger Because of You

It seems as though OUTFRONT /STUDIOS never ceases to put their heart into their work, and despite this year being one that gave us all good reason to care less… we didn't. I took some time to look over the work from all of 2020, and it's easy to find the heart in it all… to see how the people and clients I work with make even a year like 2020, great.

You'll find it in every small town and big city.Whether you're in a place that seems like nothing has changed for decades, or in the hustle and bustle of a city where things change every second… it's there.

Rooted deep in the day to day of businesses, in our interactions, conversations… it's an integral part that enables us to do what we love, despite how hard the challenge is.

It's what drives us forward as a whole, beyond the changes we face. Moving us past the "no's" and "not right now's" when we were expecting a "yes", or "I love this",  it's what keeps us smiling behind the masks, and what holds us together on virtual calls… In fact, it's the only thing that has the strength to overcome the biggest obstacle we've yet to face. 

When we step back and look at what has been accomplished we can feel it, not just within the walls of our homes and offices, but across this country it's a force of nature… a pulse… a relentless, rhythmic beating, comprised of the passions, struggles, and joy's that make up our lives.

We see it in the twinkling of lights across city scapes and offices late at night, we hear it in the sharing of ideas, regardless of where they come from, but we can't fully grasp its potential until we've shown acceptance, acknowledged its infinite value and simply trust.

It's then that we realize the capacity we have to effect change for a greater good… our ability to be an intrinsic piece of what makes this nation great… not so much supporting businesses and helping them be innovative, and successful but seeing through that, to what they are at their core… people. 

People who have committed & given so much to their visions in hopes to contribute to the greater good, people that have placed their trust in us to help provide a better life for their families and loved ones.

You see… people are at the visceral core of what we do and who we are. It's not so much us helping big businesses, large chains, and local stores… it's more than that. It's looking deeper, and realizing we're helping build communities, and supporting our neighbors.

This isn't an easy task or one that should be taken light-heartedly, and it's nothing that can be automated, programmed, or come from an investment in the latest technologies…

The thing that's rooted in our day to day, that helps us realize passions, brings ideas to life, be seen as compassionate, innovative, and trustworthy… the thing that enables us to overcome any damn challenge this world can throw at us is you… the team we work with.

You are the ones at the client meetings, the faces they trust.

You are the ones behind the scenes finishing reports, charts, and job that may be marginalized, so we can move forward.

You are the ones that give insight into the data, and you are the ones that breathe life into brands.

You are the ones that remind us to listen, and you are the ones that keep us on track.

You are the ones that have the the ideas that make our world better, and you are the ones ensuring the final message is seen.

When we hear you,  when we acknowledge you, when we embrace and foster all you have to offer it's then that we achieve our greatest potential… it's with you that we will grow stronger.
