Better Every Day
I used to work out at an amazing gym. The founders are incredible entrepreneurs who really care about their members.?
Every class was an experience. Music blasting, trainers screaming, and a group of fitness enthusiasts ready for their next physical challenge.?
The black walls of the gym were covered with inspirational quotes such as Better Every Day.?
That reminder has stuck with me.?
Every day is an opportunity for us to get better. It’s a chance for us to become a better friend, spouse, team member, entrepreneur, activist, musician, teacher, listener, coach, creator, leader, mechanic – you name it. Every day is a chance for us to become a better human, to get better at whatever it is we’re striving for.?
Growth is a conscious choice to get better, not a choice to fix brokenness. Growth is the opposite of the voice inside that tells you that you are not enough. Growth is your choice to embrace your enoughness and put it to work.
Enoughness breeds confidence. It pushes us to show up differently. It encourages us as to stop striving to be someone we’re not. To stop searching for accolades, praise, or material possessions to make us feel worthy.?
You are worthy. And you have everything you need to get better every day.?
