Better do , than doing it perfectly.

Recently, I visited a departmental store , as it was the peak day of the week with greatest discount and exciting offer,so it is very obvious to expect it to be crowded and so the counter. 

As we completed our shopping and move towards the counter due to shortage of staff there was a long queue, and many counters were closed too. 

At each counter , there was only one staff, billing and putting items inside the bag, which obiviously took longer time than expected.

Everybody accepted this and waited in a queue.

But seeing all this, the lady behind me , waited in a queue for few mins , but latter she took the charge of her time.

Firstly, she asked the counter person to speed up or bring another staff to put the item inside the bag, as it will save time

After 5 mins when she saw counter person did nothing , she again went to the store manager and asked him to take out some way to this problem, and then after seeing that store manager did nothing she gathered two people with her, and asked store manager to look into the situation.

After seeing all this store manager opened two more counters and alloted 2 more staff and now surprisingly, he alloted 2 staff each counter which not only speeden up the process but also gave leverage to the lady of first getting all her items billed.

Although, this situation might sound very obivious to many people, but let me tell you , out of so many hundereds of people there , who decided to take charge of their time? The lady did.

This happens in life too, we all undergo many situations, circumstances in life, but who decide to take charge of their life? - Very Few, and the few who do, stand apart from the crowd.

To one to take charge of their life, one must have Confidence in themself, and confidence is not built in a single day, all these tiny tiny incident only helps in giving confidence.
