Better Is___ Building Partnerships

This year, I find myself with a renewed commitment to collaboration and partnership in our orthopedic MedTech industry. Partnerships are the foundation for creating better outcomes for patients. Stepping into the halls of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) annual meeting earlier this year, the sentiment was palpable in every conversation, presentation, and demo throughout the week.

We’ve made tremendous progress already this year, with the closing of a key acquisition, integrating our work as a larger organization, and building lasting partnerships. The energy of innovation and growth is greater than ever before, and I am especially eager to share the latest from Enovis?.

Exciting Growth

AAOS marked our first big opportunity to show up as one company following our acquisition of LimaCorporate.

With this expansion, we had the opportunity to present our newly integrated portfolio of implant technologies, pre- and post-operative care solutions and our expanding digital and enabling technologies that help surgeons provide quality care to their patients in a way that is backed by global clinical evidence.

It also secured our spot among the top orthopedic MedTech companies, an exciting milestone worth celebrating.

Better Together

Our commitment to professional partnerships is at the core of everything we do at Enovis. Even though we are growing rapidly, we remain dedicated to being the most surgeon-centric innovators in orthopedics. Our world-class lineup of implant technology would not be possible without our surgeon partners, who have supported and guided us as we continue addressing patient needs.

Connecting with our orthopedic surgeon customers at AAOS and other conferences has always been my favorite part of these events. Their insights and feedback shape everything to better meet both their needs and the needs of their patients. Hearing about their experiences, challenges, and use of advanced technologies reinforced the importance of our company’s dedication to excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Looking Forward to an Incredible 2024

I also had the opportunity to network with other industry leaders. These interactions not only gave us a platform to showcase our technology beyond AAOS, but also provided opportunities for forging new partnerships and strengthening our relationships with the community. I’m grateful for these meaningful connections and look forward to staying in touch with everyone – from those who visited our booth to the people who stopped me in the hallways for a quick chat.

This will be a banner year for product development as we continue to add to our shoulder, knee, and hip product portfolios, striving toward our mission to help patients get and stay in motion.

I am grateful for the surgeons and surgical staff we work with. Their passion for delivering excellent care and outcomes and collaborative partnerships inspires us to continue developing the next generation of orthopedic technology. Together.
