Be a Better Boss To Retain Good Staff

If you want to retain your staff in your company you need to be a better boss. Research shows that people are interested to work in even less payment under a better boss. In a survey 65% staff said they prefer a better boss to a salary increase. They expect a better boss even than a salary increase.

Another survey says 75% of staff leave company due to boss. They do not leave for salary. They leave for their boss. It proves the importance to be a better boss.

Employers think that they are paying salary. So employee will be happy. NO. By only salary employee will not be happy. They need appreciation. They need motivation. They need respect.
