Beta Alpha Psi Gives Back - Christopher Botta

For my charity work I am helping my one of my neighbors redo a room in their house. My neighbor and his wife are both in their 70s now and try to do a lot on their own. Whenever I see them attempting to do something I always offer them my help. At first they always say no and continue to try and do it on their own but as long as I ask again they will accept my help. I help them all the time from painting their garage, bringing out their garbage, taking them to appointments and doing other things around their house as well. The past two weeks I have been helping them redo a bedroom in their house. I started working on it with them by ripping up the rug and taking off the molding in the room. They picked out paint for the walls the other day and I went to pick it up from the store. Today, I began to paint the walls and will continue to for the rest of the weekend. I really enjoy helping them as they have been nothing but nice to me my entire life from watching me as a kid and taking me places when I needed them to. Now I feel like it is only right for me to give back to them and help them anyway I can as they did and would do for me.
