Psalm 147:10-11 10?He does not delight in the strength of the horse; He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man.11?The Lord takes pleasure in those who fear Him, In those who hope in His mercy.

All the reps, running, diet pills, and meal programs we do to create the 'perfect us' won't gain us salvation. Don't get me wrong, I think staying active and treating our bodies like temples is a good thing, but there is no 'Heaven combine' where we are timed in the 40 to gain entrance. I also feel that we should be good stewards of our resources, but God isn't going to request a balance sheet to see how much we've accumulated, check the performance of our portfolios, or judge us on our fashion sense. We could be over-weight, mullet sporting, flight-pants wearing, broke as a joke people who are simply on fire for the Lord and have hearts changed by the Holy Spirit and we'd be in! Be the best you, you can be by being on fire for the Lord and have a blessed day!
