Any statistics backing the claim of Khartoum being the North Africa's center for ISIS recruitment? I live in Khartoum and yes it has a lot of problems, but ISIS isn't one! See here a trustworthy article stating that Sudan is actually 4th in North Africa with only 70 joining ISIS while Tunisia has 6000 ISIS fighters https://www.nber.org/system/files/working_papers/w22190/w22190.pdf ...
