The Best Of This Week. 2 New Stations. 7 Post. 40 New +Followers
Twice a day I am on the train with people I do not know. Very defined time box of 30 minutes, completely sealed from the rest of my life by the gates of two trains stations. My challenge is to think of an idea, take a picture, write the headline and text, design the cover and publish an interesting post… while I am on the train.
You know me, everything must be branded, so “THE DAILY TRAINER” Is born.
I am getting so many responses from you guys. It is great fun. You deeply affect the way I think and share my thoughts and experiences. No doubt, my spelling ???has been improved, thanks to your feedback.
With more +Followers and greater engagement then ever before, I am getting the feedback that you guys find value in #TheDailyTrainer as well. Thank you for that.
This week was about change and laying the foundations for a strong relabeled infrastructure. New things are planned for the near future, and of course, in time, I will share them and consult with you — your opinion matters.
The Daily Trainer is about you and me, it is about people. The train is the storytelling infrastructure.
Enjoy the ride.

I have never been to this station. I received the image from one of you guys, a Daily Trainer Reader. Yet the station seems to be so familiar that I feel right at home, I know what to expect, and I know that if I ever get there, I will not get lost.
At work. How are you standardize your products and services? How are you making your customers know what to expect at every touchpoint, and feel right at home every time you meet?
??If you too, like your station or train ride to get on The-Daily-Trainer, please send me a picture and a few words in a privet massage.

This was so noticeable, like magic. With the first drops of rain, everybody moved to the right side of the yellow line, which happens to be under the roof, and no one has crossed it. The train station announcer is asking this forever, with very limited success.
At work and in relationships, just asking for something is very polite but not very effective. However, having a small penalty on one side and an incentive on the other will always do the trick.

Humanity is growing. The markets are evolving. New technologies are introduced. We can do, achieve, and accomplish more than ever before. All we need to do is to keep moving forward, and our path will split into more and more options.
At work, if you can see only one option, solution or way, you are stuck. Move forward.

On any other day, this station is way out of my way. But today it is just the one I need.
At work and generally in life, if you are looking for new opportunities, technologies, solutions, partners, you need to reach farther and try new stations.

One of the best things about the train are the people you "bump" into. Adir Nuriel (translate into Awesome) is a great guy. He is generous with his knowledge, a great sales leader, and a man of vision and innovation.
Adir, I learn from you so much, it was Awesome to meet on the train and host you on #TheDailyTrainer.
At work and in real life, do you find value in the people you "bump" into? Do you genuinely enjoy their company? What was the last great idea you had due to such accidental meeting?
? 212: Morning. January, 15th. 2020:
A train is entering the station, stops for a minute or two and leaves. Until the next train will arrive, and that can be hours, the tracks are not in use. The infrastructure is just laying there. Where there is no station, it is even worse, as a 290 meters long train, traveling at 120 Km/h is using a section of tracks for only 8 seconds.
The thing with infrastructure is that it is expensive and complex to build and maintain, and then for most of the time, it is just laying there. Even more, a service using the infrastructure for only a short time need to pay for the all thing.
Think about it; 0.01 % of use is making the all investment worth it. Is that make sense for you, or is it an opportunity for a new startup? e.g., Tracks are made of steel, can they carry Internet? Can we transform the weight of the train on the tracks into electricity?
At work, How much do you invest in building the infrastructure? Do you intend to profit from the infrastructure or the services using it? How can you increase the use of the infrastructure?
Note: What about when the infrastructure does not meet the demand?

Living in the startup nation makes it seems like everybody has their startup and an "Exit Guaranteed" ticket. Everybody is living the dream, yet only a hand full are fulfilling it.
This picture is better than a thousand words post about the way to the Exit. Every spike is a Challenge, Holdback, Gap, Nay-sayer, Nay-believer, Deadline, Budget, Engel, VC, Narrow-Minded Analyst, Competitor, Regulation, Family, Yourself, Ego, Unknowns, Fears & Frustrations.
At work and in your projects:
? Can you find your way between the spikes?
? Can you avoid most of them?
? Do you have the tools and skills to deal with those whom you must face, and clear your path?
Never Miss a Train
